It's no secret. Summers can be brutally hot. If you want to guarantee that you'll stay cool in the sun, we recommend our 1000 psi pumps. These pumps are featured in the SUNSET, CLOUD BREAK, FIJI and PIPELINE kits. When used in the correct conditions, our 1000 psi pumps generate a clean, super-fine mist that atomizes in the air and creates a significant temperature decrease with very little added humidity. So you stay cool...and dry! If budget is NOT a concern we recommend our SUNSET line, which includes our most efficient and best quality pump.

BUDGET MISTING
If your misting system is used more for moderate cooling, fog effects, insect repelling, dust control, Mistscaping, or fun for the kids, our light-duty pumps are an ideal, economical option. These pumps operate with less power than our premium 1000 psi pumps, so they achieve cooling on a smaller scale and emit a bit more moisture into the atmosphere than our premium systems. A light-duty pump - offered in the Malibu and Indo kits - is perfect for smaller misting projects like gazebos, verandas and quaint outdoor lounging areas.
When BUDGET is the primary concern we recommend the following products:
- The Malibu Misting Kit - Ideal for smaller residential projects.
- The Indo Misting Kit - Intended for portable light-duty projects where a DC outlet is available.

COOLING WITH FANS AND MIST
Serious chill! If you're looking for supreme, commercial-grade cooling – possibly even at distances up to 50 feet or more – we recommend using a fan along with your Tropical Mist system.
And if you purchase a ring kit along with your system, you can convert any traditional fan into a super-cool misting fan. We carry a variety of fans to choose from or you can use any fan available to you. We also carry heavy-duty industrial fans that are ideal for outdoor events or warehouse cooling.
Using fans along with mist is the most effective solution for restaurant patios, sporting events, weddings, or any outdoor event. Please keep in mind when ordering fans or fan rings, you must purchase the other necessary components for the system – which include a pump, filtration system and nozzles. |
